The following are many volunteer positions I have served and events I helped promote for the bicycling community:

Ride Around Puget Sound (RAPSody) Bike Ride, Founding Organizational Team Member, since 2004
• Coordinate logistics with other committee members to execute a 2 day bicycle event
• Create and manage the RAPSody Facebook Group page and Twitter account.
• Networking and distributing content among multiple online community sites.

Team Group Health, Team Member since November 2008
• Volunteered and assisted with team tasks, as needed.

Bicycle Alliance of Washington (BAW), Board Member 2005 – 2008
• Budget Committee Member responsible for forecasting each fiscal year’s budget.
• Procure donations for annual Major Donor Campaign and auction.
• Volunteer for annual auction to close silent auction tables and fulfillment of individual’s auction items.
• Volunteer to work annual expo booth to teach community members about bicycle advocacy.

Byrne Invent, Team Member 2005 – 2008
• Volunteered and assisted with team tasks, as needed.

Marymoor Velodrome Association (MVA), Member 2005 – 2008; Auction Committee Member 2005-06
• Procure donations for annual auction.
• Volunteer to teach new rider classes.

Seattle Bicycle Club (Cyclists of Greater Seattle (COGS)), President in 2003
• Collaborated with board and club members to provide a high quality and quantity of bicycle rides and social events based on feedback from the bicycling community.

Citizen Steering Group for the Burien Pedestrian and Bicycle Facilities Plan, Member, 2003 to 2004 
• Provide a city-wide plan for a connected system of sidewalks, bikeways, paths and trails to be implemented over time;
• Enhance non-motorized transportation and recreation opportunities in Burien; and
• Improve community safety and livability.
